• "Bet" or "Wager" — any placement of real-money stakes on a game outcome, sports event, or other market offered by fmbplay.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive made available by fmbplay subject to specific terms.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated tools or features available under the fmbplay brand.
• "PHP" or "₱" — Philippine Peso, the sole account currency used on fmbplay.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available to all fmbplay members.

By completing the fmbplay registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, making a first deposit, or placing any bet, you are confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

If you access the fmbplay platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their express authority to do so and that the other person also agrees to these terms. In practice, however, fmbplay accounts are strictly personal and cannot be operated by a third party on behalf of a registered member.

3. You are registering for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of another person or any business entity.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a person employed by fmbplay or its affiliated operators, technology suppliers, or game providers.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any licensed gaming platform in the Philippines or any other jurisdiction that fmbplay is obligated to recognise.
6. Your account will be funded from legal, personal financial sources. You confirm that no funds deposited to fmbplay are proceeds of criminal activity.

fmbplay reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met, or where the information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

Each individual may hold only one active account on fmbplay. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, payment methods, or device details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fmbplay will close all associated accounts and may withhold any balances pending investigation.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during the fmbplay registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and email address. This information must remain accurate throughout your membership. If any details change, you are responsible for updating them promptly within your account settings.

fmbplay is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity of its members. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card), proof of address, and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain features of the fmbplay platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fmbplay login credentials. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account are considered authorised by you. • Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically among the fastest; bank transfer processing times depend on the receiving institution.
• fmbplay does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing windows and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Withdrawals of unusually large amounts or those flagged under fmbplay's anti-money laundering protocols may be subject to additional review periods.

Bets placed on fmbplay are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing the stake amount, odds, and market details before submitting any wager. fmbplay will not reverse a confirmed bet due to a member's misreading of odds or market conditions.

fmbplay reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion. Acceptance of a bet does not constitute a guarantee of payout if subsequent review reveals a technical error, data feed irregularity, or violation of these Terms. Where a bet is accepted in error — for example, at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a system fault — fmbplay reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake to the member's account balance.

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; an administrative or technical error affected the market odds at time of placement; the event result is under formal dispute; or a participant is found to have violated competition rules in a way that affects the outcome.

Live betting markets at fmbplay update in real time. fmbplay cannot guarantee that all live markets are suspended instantaneously upon a relevant in-game event occurring. Bets accepted before a suspension is confirmed are valid. fmbplay is not responsible for bets placed during a brief window before a market was suspended, provided the bet was accepted under normal system operation.

fmbplay may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotions to members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are valid for personal use only and may not be transferred between fmbplay accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unmet wagering requirement at expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account balance.
• fmbplay reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited, and to remove a credited bonus where evidence suggests it was obtained through abuse, duplicate accounts, or manipulation of wagering requirements.
• Multiple simultaneous active bonuses are permitted only where the promotion terms explicitly allow it.

The following activities are prohibited on fmbplay. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one fmbplay account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering across accounts, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation in the promoted activity.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of an event, or any participation in agreements to fix or manipulate a competition result.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to create an artificial advantage in poker or any other player-versus-player format available on fmbplay.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, software tools, or any automated means to place bets, access game systems, or interact with the fmbplay platform in ways that simulate human activity.
• Fraudulent transactions: Depositing funds through stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a card issuer or wallet provider after funds have been used for betting on fmbplay.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your fmbplay account for any purpose.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any fmbplay content without prior written permission.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fmbplay platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure or suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, fmbplay's liability to any member is limited as follows:

• fmbplay is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
• fmbplay is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party technology providers, internet connectivity issues, power failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• fmbplay's total liability to any individual member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fmbplay's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted under applicable law.

Using fmbplay involves financial risk. You are responsible for understanding this risk and for managing your gaming activity within the limits of what you can afford. fmbplay provides tools to help you do this — but the primary responsibility rests with you as the account holder.

fmbplay processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

fmbplay does not sell member personal data to third-party marketers. Data is shared only where required to process transactions, comply with legal obligations, or investigate suspected violations of these Terms. The Privacy Policy sets out your rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of information fmbplay holds about you.

fmbplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login activity and a zero or nominal balance for an extended period may be closed under the fmbplay dormancy policy, with any remaining balance returned to the last verified payment method on record where practicable.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a Philippine regulatory authority or court requiring suspension or closure.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, fmbplay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to member conduct, any verified balance will be returned through the member's last verified payment method.

Members who wish to close their own fmbplay account voluntarily may do so by contacting support or through the self-exclusion or account closure tools available within account settings.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a bet outcome, transaction, or any aspect of the fmbplay service, the process is as follows:

1. Submit your complaint to fmbplay support through the official contact channel at support@fmbplay.best, providing your registered account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers.
2. fmbplay will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable period and aim to provide a substantive response within the timeframe communicated to you at the time of acknowledgement.
3. If you are not satisfied with fmbplay's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. fmbplay will cooperate fully with any regulatory review process.

fmbplay's decisions on bet outcomes and account matters are final where they are consistent with these Terms and the applicable game or betting rules. Disputes based solely on dissatisfaction with a lawful outcome — where no error or rule violation is alleged — are not grounds for a refund or bet reversal.

fmbplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects member rights or obligations — fmbplay will notify members via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

For minor or routine updates, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of fmbplay after the posted effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through support.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. fmbplay recommends reviewing the Terms and Conditions at least once every three months or whenever you receive a notification of changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
